2. Consultation Refund Policy
- If a customer is not satisfied with the consultation, they must inform us during the consultation itself.
- In such cases, the consultation fee will be refunded in full.
- Refund requests made after the session has ended will not be considered.
3. Pooja Booking Refund Policy
- If you wish to cancel a pooja booking, you must inform us within 3 hours from the date and time of booking.
- Only cancellations made within this 3-hour window will be eligible for a full refund of the pooja fee.
- No refunds will be provided after this window as preparations begin immediately.
4. Booking & Payments
- All services must be booked in advance through our website or authorized contact methods.
- Payment must be made in full to confirm any booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Vashistha Astrological Centre is not liable for any personal, financial, or emotional decisions made by clients based on the advice given.
- Our services are offered as guidance only, not as a substitute for professional, legal, or medical advice.
6. Privacy & Data
- All information shared during consultation or booking is kept confidential as per our Privacy Policy.
- We never share or sell customer information to third parties.
